Little Jewels Kindergarten, a unit of The Jain International School, Nagpur organized its annual event, ‘Yes, I Can !’ for the classes Pre-Nursery and Nursery in which the teaching methodologies and strategies of the school were showcased which were based on an interdisciplinary approach.
The idea was to demonstrate to the parents what and how their children have learnt and what they will learn in their next grades. It was also about parents spending some quality time with their children and facilitating the teaching-learning process.
The zones created were English, Hindi, Number Work, General Awareness, Story Telling, Healthy Bite of the Month, Magic with Logic, Montessori, Art & Craft and Live Performance.
The parents were thrilled to see their little ones read letters and numbers, display their general awareness and Art and Craft skills etc. through games, activities and teaching aids with which they have learnt in the classroom so far.
Tinest Jewels of the school flaunt their moves and groove during their Informal Dance performance on the theme of ‘Summer Dance Party’. The little ones showcased their enthusiasm and rocked the dance floor. The audience was amazed to see their grace and enthusiasm.
The Management Members appreciated the efforts of the Head Mistress, Mrs. Pooja Gandhi, the Head Co-ordinator, Mrs. Sunita Nabira, the Assistance General Manager, Mrs. Deepshikha Nigam and the staff members of Little Jewels Kindergaten for their efforts and creativity.
